CZR served as environmental consultant on this project for seven years. Services provided included biological assessment and wildlife studies, i.e., endangered/threatened/SSC survey, relocation, and management plan; coordination with environmental agencies; wetland mitigation and monitoring; scrub habitat management plan; and burn plan implementation for 160 acres. Scrub habitats containing scrub jays, gopher tortoise, and commensal species were present, and required planning and permitting to accommodate both the development and the habitat.
